About Repeat Deliveries

Never run out of pet food or supplies again! Why not try our repeat delivery service and save yourself the time, effort and hassle of re-ordering your pet supplies every time you run out.

  • Receive regular deliveries at a set interval (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Six-Weekly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly)
  • Always benefit from our lowest possible price (orders charged at prevailing website price at time of dispatch)
  • No obligation - cancel at any time
  • Skip deliveries whenever you need to (e.g. when going on holiday)
  • Payments taken by Direct Debit so no problems with expired card details

How do I get started?

Simply navigate to your desired product, input your required quantity per delivery, select your desired delivery frequency from the "Purchase Type" drop-down menu and checkout selecting Direct Debit as the payment option. You will just need to click here to authorise Direct Debits via GoCardless.

Can I checkout with other products at the same time as placing my initial repeat delivery order?

Yes, you can order other products on a one-off basis when you setup your repeat delivery.

How do I view details of my repeat deliveries, edit or cancel?

You can view full details of your repeat deliveries if you login to your account on our website and navigate to the subscription section.

Terms and conditions:

  • When placing the first order for your subscription (and following orders) You will need to wait until the first payment has come through before your order will be processed (This can take up to 5 working days). Therefore, should you wish to have your order/food urgently, it is advised that you place and order and pay by card.
  • Should you have a payment fail through direct debit due to insufficient funds, or cancel your payment without giving notice, we will no longer be able provide you with our subscription service. However, you can still place orders with us manually using card payment at the checkout.
  • Should you wish to cancel, bring forward, or make any changes to your subscription please contact us, and we can do this for you.
