UV Metal Halide

Metal Halide lamps have the combined benefit of heat, visual light and UV light and are modern and efficient way of creating the right environment in your reptile enclosure. They can be used in smaller enclosures than Mercury Vapour bulbs, with a relatively same desired effect, making them popular with keepers of smaller reptiles. All heat sources must be contained in a bulb guard if used inside the vivarium and should be connected to a thermostat for added safety.
