Dispatch Date
Dispatch dates are subject to stock availability and the time your order is placed.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2 working days, with 99% of most orders being dispatched the same day.
Please note that we do not dispatch items on weekends
If there is an unexpected delay to dispatch we will contact you and let you know.
Our delivery rates are based upon the weight of the order. Please be assured we do not profit from delivery payments and even give customers an allowance on our actual courier charges.
Surcharges apply to orders going to Scottish highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands (please use the checkout shipping calculator to find the delivery price as its based on postcode)
Order Tracking
We provide our customer tracking details via email for all couriers orders. On the day of dispatched you will be emailed your tracking number and tracking link. In the rare event you should encounter any problems this will help you to quickly solve them directly with the courier company. We are sorry but tracking details are not available for Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries
