Our delivery rates are based upon the weight of the order. Please be assured we do not profit from delivery payments and even give customers an allowance on our actual courier charges.
Please note the majority of orders that qualify for free delivery will be dispatched via our chosen courier.

Courier Delivery
For courier orders, please be aware that a signature is required for delivery.
If you require delivery without a signature, please add "Non POD" plus instructions on where to leave the parcel in your order notes. Suitable places that a parcel can be left include:
- With a neighbour
- In a garage
- In a shed
- In a porch
- In a greenhouse
Parcels left without a signature are left at your own risk, and we will not place a claim for any parcel that is lost or damaged without a signature.
Dispatch
Dispatch dates are subject to stock availability and the time your order is placed.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2 working days, with 99% of most orders placed before 1PM dispatched the same day.
Certain items have longer dispatch times than the standard 2 working days. This is clearly displayed on the item's page, and should be checked before placing your order.
Please note that we do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays
Order Tracking
We provide our customer tracking details via email for all couriers orders. On the evening of the day of dispatch you will be emailed your tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking details are not available for Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries or Royal Mail Air standard packages.
For Royal Mail recorded parcels, please contact us via e-mail for your recorded number.
Important Information Regarding Orders For Live Food / Frozen Foods
For live food, please place orders before 10:30am for same day dispatch. Live food is not dispatched on Fridays, due to the weekend delaying delivery. If you have not received your live food within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
Please note that we are unable to send live food or frozen foods out of the uk
Information On Orders With Custom Engraved Pet Tags
For orders that contain a pet tag with a custom engraving, this will be dispatched separately from the main order as these are sent direct from the engravers.
If you receive your tag with an engraving error, please contact us immediately via e-mail. We will not be held responsible for any tag errors caused by the customers mistake at the time of purchase.
Order Discrepancies
Upon receipt of your order, please check that all items are as ordered and match the dispatch notice. All discrepancies should be notified to Net Pet Shop within 24 hours of receipt.
All items must be checked upon delivery. Items sent via courier will require you to check your parcel for any damages to the outer packaging. If your order appears to be damaged, please ensure that you either sign for your parcel as damaged or refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours either via email or telephone
If your order is damaged but signed for as "unchecked" or "in good condition" we will request a copy of the POD from our courier. NPS will not be liable for any replacements or refunds if the damage has not been reported or noted.
Please be aware that incorrect pet food which has been opened is not eligible for a refund or a return.
For missing items, in the circumstance that you have not received a delay e-mail for the item, please notify us within 24 hours. If you have not informed us of a missing item within 30 days of you receiving the order, we will not be required to send a replacement or offer a refund.
