NetPetShop.co.uk is a trading name of Akela Pet Foods Ltd

Our focus is on providing affordable pet-friendly products with speedy delivery and accompanied by exceptional customer service. Apart from the local seagulls, our team are themselves passionate pet owners, collectively owning dogs, cats, ferrets, tropical fish, chickens, small pets and reptiles. The owner of the business used to work as a representative, and subsequently National Account Manager, for a major pet brand.

Unlike many online pet shops which offer any product they can get their hands on, we have tried to be careful with our range. We aim not to sell any items related to negative welfare issues, such as rabbit hutches which are too small, dog choke chains, anti bark spray collars and wire frame mouse wheels. IUnfortunately as we are an entirely different entity to the previous owners of the domain (NetPetShop Ltd) we are not able to assist with purchases made before 16th July 2012.
