Frozen Haddock Fillets 250g
Our frozen raw fish is all human-grade and supplied by our sister company (Coastal Cuisine Ltd). It is suitable for cooking and eating yourself or boiling to make fish broth etc. May contain bones. If eating raw fish e.g. sushi then it should be frozen first as follows:
- –20°C for not less than 24 hours
- –35°C for not less than 15 hours
